Frequently Asked Questions

- After placing your order and uploading your pet's photos, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and making sure we received your photos. 

- About 1-2 weeks later, expect an email from us with our first progress check in. I will be sending you photos of your sculpture before it is painted to make sure you are absolutely happy with everything before I paint. During this time you may make any physical changes you like to your sculpture (ear shape, body shape, features, etc)

- After you have approved our first progress check, I will begin painting your sculpture - Once your sculpture is painted, I will send you another set of progress check in.  During the second progress check in you may either approve your sculpture for shipment or make final adjustments to your sculpture's coloring, markings, etc

-3-4 weeks to make a sculpture (not including shipping). This may vary depending on the size of your sculpture, breed, customizations, etc. If you need your sculpture by a specific date, please keep in mind our processing times.  

Once you place your order, please use the "Upload Photos Here* option located at the top of the page (menu bar). There you will find a section with instructions on how to attach and send us your photos.  

- You will be instructed to submit your name, email/order number, a brief message, and a button at the bottom to upload your pet's photos.

Please make sure all photos are high quality photos of your pet from all angles. 

We will be sure to respond to you within 24 hours to confirm that we received your photos, etc

- Returns and exchanges for any of our custom items are not accepted, however if you have a problem with your order, please let us know.

Customers will receive multiple opportunities to approve, revise, and make any necessary changes to your sculpture before it is shipped. We make sure you love it and approve of everything before we ship your items.  

- Non-personalized items may be returned to us in original condition within 10 days of delivery.  Any loss in value is the buyer's (YOUR) responsibility.
